Maison Lou Dumont's Pernand-Vergelesses Blanc is a wine of great elegance and expressiveness. It comes from the vineyards of the Côte de Beaune and is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested at full ripeness to obtain a concentrated and smooth juice. It is aged in barriques for a year, mostly used, giving it harmony and complexity without ever overpowering its character. The nose opens with notes of ripe yellow fruit, light spicy hints of vanilla and toasted touches of hazelnut, with a lactic finish. On the palate, it is velvety, enveloping and harmonious, with an inviting freshness and a slightly savoury finish that completes the sip, making this wine deep, balanced and irresistibly attractive. Perfect with mature cheeses or steamed lobster with thyme butter emulsion

Complex, with hints of yellow peach and apricot, floral notes of lime blossom, hints of toasted hazelnut and lactic notes on the finish
