Pet-Nat Tea 'Impossible No.404 - Black Tea Rosé' Ama

Pet-Nat Tea 'No.404' Ama is a fermented product made from tea and elderberries. The leaves are selected from the best plots in Sri Lanka, belonging to one of the island's first certified biodynamic estates, cultivated between 1,600 and 1,800 metres above sea level. With great tension and smoothness, it impresses with its pleasant pink colour, which matches the nose with aromas of small red fruits on the palate. It pairs well with seafood appetisers and light meats such as pink duck breast or roasted vegetables
