Pet-Nat Tea 'No.405' Ama is an elegant, floral and subtle fermented sparkling tea, the perfect 'no-low' alternative to classic sparkling wines. It is made from white and green tea grown on a remote mountainous island in Hunan province, where a small community practises certified organic farming. The nose offers pear, white flowers and herbaceous notes, opening up to a subtle, delicate palate with a bright freshness. It pairs well with steamed fish and fresh cheeses such as goat's ricotta
Light straw yellow
Slight hints of white fruit such as pear, then papaya and green tea
Delicate but very fresh, balanced and with a pleasant finish
