‘Grotto’ Pignoletto Orsi Vigneto San Vito has an intense straw yellow hue. The olfactory mosaic is broad and fresh, characterized by hints of tropical fruit that join notes of citrus peel, yeast, and white flowers. The sip, balanced and refreshing, shows a slender body and a long finish with fruity and slightly mineral sensations.
The consequent maturation phase takes place in the same type of wine containers for 9 months on the fine lees, with frequent batonnage to suspend the solid particles. The wine is finally bottled without undergoing any clarification or filtration and after 6 months of rest, it is ready for the final market release.‘Grotto’ Pignoletto Orsi Vigneto San Vito has an intense straw yellow hue.
