'Monterodano' Orsi - Vigneto San Vito

Orsi - Vigneto San Vito's 'Monterodano' is a light and refreshing white wine from Bologna. The estate's vineyards are all cultivated according to biodynamic principles. The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo two days of maceration, followed by spontaneous fermentation in cement tanks with indigenous yeasts. The nose has light notes of white flowers and fresh fruit with hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is taut and savoury, with a smooth and persistent finish. It pairs perfectly with tagliatelle with butter and sage

When to open
To enjoy an artisanal wine at its best, we recommend you to let it 'breathe' at least 15-30 minutes before serving
When to drink
Wine good to drink now, but that can have a beautiful evolution after resting for a while in your cellar
Glass
Medium open goblet
Perfect for young and medium bodied white wines which don't require excessive oxygenation to open. The opening, slightly tighter than the body of the glass, favors the concentration of aromas towards the nose, enhancing the perception of aromas and limiting the dispersion
Longevity
You can leave it to rest in the cellar for 2-3 years
