Pinot Blanc Ebner 2023

The Pinot Blanc from the Ebner winery is made from grapes grown in the southernmost part of the Isarco Valley. Here, the vineyards benefit from the warm winds coming from the Bolzano basin, tempered by the cool night breezes coming down from the Alps. This harmonious combination promotes the development of ripe fruit aromas, complemented by hints of alpine herbs and a creamy finish. On the palate, the wine is enveloping and velvety, with a pleasant freshness and a hint of iodine on the finish. Ideal for aperitifs, but also for vegetable-based recipes such as asparagus risotto
