The Pinot Bianco "Hos" by Weingut Niklas is a South Tyrolean white wine from vineyards located near Lake Caldaro, at an altitude of 500 meters. The soils on which the vines rest, porphyry and limestone, are primarily responsible for the pronounced minerality and savoriness that characterize this great South Tyrolean white, enriched by aromas of pears and Golden apples, flint, and mixed citrus.
rich limestone, porphyry, and clay soils, create a habitat where the vine has dwelled for centuries. The Sölva family has been dedicated to the vineyard for three generations and produces wines with artisanal character, linked to tradition and the characteristics of the terroir. No chemicals are used between the rows, and the few treatments are carried out only with sulfur and copper, in full respect of the environment. The winery's philosophy is oriented towards the production of lean, fresh, and elegant wines that are an authentic expression of the wonderful alpine territory of South Tyrol.

At the end of the harvest, a short cold maceration is followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine matures for 6 months in steel before bottling. It presents a straw-yellow color. The bouquet is elegant, fresh, and refined, with aromas of white fruit, pear, and apple
