Marc Tempé's Pinot Blanc 'Amzelle' comes from biodynamically cultivated vineyards, rich in clay and marl as is typical in the area. A distinctive feature of the winery is the choice to mature the whites in used barrels for long periods of time, at least 4 years! The nose releases aromas of ripe apple and wild flowers, with mineral nuances of flint. On the palate, it is fresh and savoury, with a vibrant and very long bite. Ideal with fish and white meat dishes, it goes perfectly with a fillet of salmon trout in butter
