Pinot Blanc 'Confidence' Du Vin Aux Liens

Pinot Blanc 'Confidences' is a new experiment from the Du Vin aux Liens project, an Alsatian white wine with character made exclusively from Pinot Blanc grapes. The winery blends two consecutive vintages, one sunnier and one cooler, from the same plot on granite soil. The first vintage matures for two years in oak vats, while the second remains in steel for only one year. The blend is made just one month before bottling. The nose reveals notes of ripe white fruit, lime blossom and subtle hints of toasted hazelnut. Perfect with mature cheeses and elaborate fish dishes
