The Pinot Grigio by Pardellerhof comes from the hilly vineyards around Marlengo, close to the winery. After fermentation at a controlled temperature, it matures on the fine lees in steel tanks where it acquires roundness and complexity. The nose opens on notes of ripe pear and quince, while the palate is harmonious, juicy and supported by a lively freshness. Versatile, it is ideal as an aperitif or with fish dishes and fresh cheeses, perfect with smoked trout
Brilliant straw yellow with delicate golden hues
Fine hints of ripe pear and quince, floral nuances of hawthorn
Juicy and balanced, enveloping
