Marc Tempé's Pinot Gris 'Amzelle' was born in the hills near the winery, in Zellenberg, by a winery that has been promoting biodynamic viticulture for years. Matured for 47 months in oak 'foudres', this Pinot Gris releases intense aromas of ripe nectarine and honey, with spicy nuances of ginger that betray the long ageing process. On the palate, it is rich and velvety, with a palate that is clear in its energy and character. Goes perfectly with a honeyed duck breast and spices
Intense golden yellow with amber highlights
Ripe hints of ripe nectarine and acacia honey, with spicy nuances of fresh ginger
Rich and velvety, savoury and crystal-clear on the palate, with balanced freshness
