Daniel Sigmund's Pinot Noir is a fresh and measured interpretation of this international grape variety, which nevertheless produces exciting expressions in the mountains. Vinification with a percentage of whole bunches and the exclusive use of used barriques generate a subtle and low-extractive profile, focused on finesse and smoothness. The nose is delicate and floral, with fresh fruit and undergrowth, while the palate is slender, fresh and precise, with a persistent fragrance and a vertical and long finish. Elegant, suitable for white meats and traditional Alpine dishes, such as roast guinea fowl with wild mushrooms
Bright ruby red
Fresh cherry, currant and raspberry, violet, clove and cardamom, subtle undergrowth on the finish
Very fresh, distinctly savoury, clean and smooth, juicy
