Pinot Noir Ebner 2021

The Pinot Noir from the Ebner winery is a red wine with remarkable complexity. The vineyards are located on south-facing terraces of volcanic origin in the southernmost part of the Isarco Valley. The grapes are grown according to the traditional Trentino pergola system. Once harvested, they are vinified in steel and aged in wood for about two years. The nose opens with hints of small red mountain fruits and is complemented by soft toasted notes of roasted coffee. On the palate, the tannins are delicate and well integrated, supported by moderate freshness, with a long and persistent finish. Perfect with mushroom risotto or more structured dishes such as Tyrolean goulash
