The Pinot Noir by In Der Eben winery is an iconic red wine from the winery, which has been working biodynamically since 2014, when the Plattner family decided to abandon all chemical interventions. The wine is aged for a long time in used barrels and develops complex and elegant tones, with dark aromas of wild blackberry and black cherry that open up to undergrowth, mint and pepper. On the palate, it is fresh and taut, with a dry structure and a persistent finish that invites a second sip. Ideal with game such as venison stew or mature cheeses such as Puzzone di Moena
