
Marcel Zanolari's Pinot Noir 'Le Anfore' is a fine red wine from Valtellina. This wine follows a distinctive production process: partial drying of the grapes while still attached to the vine, followed by a long vinification period of about 6 months in clay and concrete amphorae, ending with at least 2 years of ageing in the same amphorae. The nose releases spicy notes, with hints of red fruit and balsamic eucalyptus, ending with rose and slightly toasted notes. On the palate, it shows all its character, taut but elegant, with great persistence. Ideal with aromatic dishes such as roast lamb with potatoes
