The Pinot Noir ‘Selection’ from Agricola Mos is an elegant and refined red from the Adige Valley. The winery has selected three French clones of Pinot Noir, characterized by particular color intensity and juice concentration. The winemaking takes place in steel for a small part as whole clusters, followed by malolactic fermentation in barrique. The aging, lasting about 18 months, also occurs in barrique with the aim of obtaining an intense and structured wine. The aromatic profile opens with hints of small red fruits, followed by floral and spicy notes, with musky hints on the finish. The sip is soft and juicy, with fine tannins and a lively freshness. Perfect paired with a venison stew with polenta
