
Fattoria Brena's Pinot Noir 'Sopra di Sopra' is produced only in the best vintages, with a prevalence of grapes from older vines. Fermentation takes place in open tonneaux and ageing in cement, oak and then again for 18 months in the bottle, to promote the elegance of this noble grape variety. It is distinguished by aromas of morello cherry, blueberry, wilted rose and a hint of clove. Structured, subtle, juicy and fresh, excellent with meat first or second courses such as braised wild boar
