Fattoria Brena's Pinot Noir 'Sopra' is the result of a project that began in 1999 with Burgundy clones, an original dream focused on quality. The wine is aged only in neutral containers, between cement and bottle, to maintain intense fruit aromas. The nose reveals ripe cherry, currant and violet notes with light spicy touches. On the palate, it is juicy, fine and velvety, excellent with game birds such as pigeon with cocoa
