“Brusafer” is a Pinot Nero Superiore, which is among the most interesting labels of the Cantina Viticoltori del Trentino, the largest and most important cooperative reality in the region, always committed to enhancing the best excellences of the territory. The grapes used to produce the Pinot Nero come from the best vineyards of the estate, which are cultivated at an altitude of about 700 meters above sea level,sea, in the sunny hilly area near Monte Baldo. The cool and breezy climate, with good temperature variations and the soils from ancient volcanic rocks, provide an ideal habitat for the Burgundy grape variety, which reaches perfect ripeness with elegant and intense aromas. At the end of the harvest, the red winemaking process begins with the classic maceration on the skins. The wine matures in French oak barriques and tonneaux until the best expressive harmony is achieved.
The Pinot Nero Superiore 'Brusafer', produced by the Cavit winery, is a beautiful version of an elegant and medium-bodied red.
