
Pietro Torti's Pinot Noir 'Terre Gobbe' is a ready-to-drink, territorial red wine made from grapes grown in the vineyards of Montecalvo Versiggia. Minimalist in style, with fairly short maceration and the use of only steel, it is a Pinot that plays on aromas of small red fruits and aromatic finesse. On the palate, it is velvety, with good structure and persistence and soft tannins, ideal with ravioli stuffed with stew
