Pinot Noir Weingut Heinrich 2024

Weingut Heinrich's Pinot Noir is a dynamic and fresh red wine, perfectly expressing how this grape variety performs excellently in Northern Europe. The short maceration and brief ageing on fine lees preserve lightness and accentuate the tension on the palate. The nose explodes with small red fruits and floral notes, with subtle, elegant hints of undergrowth creeping in on the finish. On the palate, it is slender, fine and supported by lively freshness. Try it with chicken with mushrooms

When to open
To enjoy an artisanal wine at its best, we recommend you to let it 'breathe' at least 15-30 minutes before serving
When to drink
Wine good to drink now, but that can have a beautiful evolution after resting for a while in your cellar
Glass
Medium open goblet
Perfect for young and medium bodied red wines which don't require excessive oxygenation to open. The opening, slightly tighter than the body of the glass, favors the concentration of aromas towards the nose, enhancing the perception of aromas and limiting the dispersion
Longevity
You can leave it to rest in the cellar for over 5 years
