Poulsard Domaine Courbet 2023

The Poulsard from the Domaine Courbet cellar was born among the vines of Baume-les-Messieurs, an enchanted area in the heart of the Jura. An immediate but not flat red, the nose releases aromas of wild strawberries and fresh raspberries, with hints of mint and sweet spices. The palate is mouth-watering and fresh, with fine tannins and a mineral tension that balances the roundness of the fruit. Vertical, it can accompany savoury dishes such as 'poulet à la crème with morels
