Tenute Rubino's Primitivo di Manduria 'Palombara' is an intense, enveloping wine, a tribute through wine and art to Apulian excellence. Only steel but for over a year it maintains freshness but gives complexity to the sip. The aromatic profile is varied, with red flowers and crisp fruit, hints of sweet spices and a distinct thyme aroma on the finish. The palate is crisp, fresh and juicy, with good texture. Ideal with Apulian panzerotti, pasta dishes with meat sauce
Dark ruby red
Fleshy cherry profile, then currant and violet, thyme
Crisp, juicy and warm, with a rounded, smooth sip
