Bisol's Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut 'I Gondolieri' pays homage to Venice with its label and its graceful and satisfying style. This is the sparkling wine with the lowest alcohol content in the denomination, a wine designed to be immediate and contemporary. Wine and must ferment together and, at bottling, no dosage takes place: the sweetness present is that of the grape's original sugars. The nose releases notes of white flowers and white peach, with pleasant briny hints on the finish. The palate is fresh and agile with a pleasant vertical thrust
