The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore "Rive di Ogliano" is an Extra Brut characterized by a beautiful tasting freshness and a pleasant and easy drinking produced by the winery BiancaVigna. A pure Glera, sparkling according to the principles of the Charmat Method, in the Veneto production area of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene. This Brut Nature interpretation of Prosecco does not include any addition of sugar dosage before bottling, thus presenting itself in all its purity and offering a lively, elegant, and not sweet sip.

Extra Brut by BiancaVigna owes its name "Rive di Ogliano" to the homonymous locality from which the grapes come. The rows of vines are located on clayey and calcareous soils rich in high quantities of skeleton that give natural freshness and sapidity to the final product. After a rigorous manual harvest, the Glera bunches are brought to the winery and pressed, with subsequent selection of the flower must and static decantation. The alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature takes place in stainless steel tanks in contact with the yeasts and the re-fermentation, according to the principles of the Charmat Method, occurs in autoclave at controlled temperature for about 120 days.
