This Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Millesimato Extra Dry is one of the most representative products of the entire range produced by Val d’Oca. Only the best Glera grapes are selected to create this vintage, which presents itself with an extremely varietal profile, and with a sip where a simple harmony prevails. A bottle that is synonymous with guarantee and reliability on all occasions, from the simplest aperitif to the most formal dinners, where it accompanies first and second courses based on fish. 

This Superiore Millesimato is a Prosecco di Valdobbiadene that Val d’Oca produces using pure Glera grapes. It is the symbol grape of the Venetian sparkling wine, which the winery team constantly monitors, in order to arrive at the harvest with grapes that are always rich in aromas and the correct organoleptic properties. After the harvest, the bunches arrive at the facilities designated for winemaking, where they ferment in steel containers. The second fermentation then takes place in autoclave, following the production principles of the Martinotti Method. At the end of winemaking, the wine is ready to be bottled and marketed.

The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Millesimato Extra Dry presents itself to the eye with a brilliant straw yellow color, crossed by fine bubbles of persistent duration. The olfactory spectrum is organized around floral and fruity notes, where wisteria and Golden apple are distinctly perceived. On the palate, it is light-bodied, fresh and smooth, easy to drink, with a savory sip that develops with excellent harmony.
