Sylvulae's 'Ràsera' is an innovative fermented drink made from the shoots and leaves of wild brambles from the Emilian Apennines, fermented artisanally with water from the Val di Taro and with SCOBY mother, like kombucha. Complex and intriguing, it releases intense aromas of wild rose and lychee on the nose, with pleasant green nuances. On the palate, it is balanced, with subtle tannins and a freshness that blends with a delicate sweetness. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate dishes, it is also excellent with desserts such as apple fritters
