Produced by the Trerè Farm, founded in the early 1960s by Valeriano Trerè and now skillfully led by his daughter Morena, Re Bianco embodies the harmonious union between the sophisticated aromaticity of Sauvignon Blanc and the refined creaminess of Chardonnay. A marriage of flavors that arises from grapes cultivated on the enchanting hills of Faenza, where the winemaking tradition intertwines with the beauty of the landscape, making this place a true paradise for connoisseurs. Here, the Trerè family has pursued excellence in production for three generations, choosing to give each label a distinctive and recognizable style that speaks primarily of art, even through labels with an iconic, well-defined, and characterful trait.
The Re Bianco of the Trerè farm is located on a 35-hectare vineyard, a true treasure trove of biodiversity cultivated with a spurred cordon training system. After a careful selection of the grapes, they undergo a delicate cryomaceration process to preserve their subtle aromas before being gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled tanks. This wine matures for 2 months in steel and then another two months in the bottle, a process aimed solely at enhancing the essence of the grapes and the territory from which they come, giving Re Bianco a fascinating and unmistakable character.
In the glass, the Re Bianco from the Trerè cellar reveals a suggestive golden yellow color. On the nose, fragrant notes of Golden apple and citrus and herbaceous hints are perceived, anticipating a enveloping and balanced taste. In the mouth, this wine stands out for its good body and a pleasantly savory finish, making it the ideal accompaniment for refined dishes such as baked sea bream with potatoes. A wine that embodies the elegance and essence of the Faenza hills, capable of conveying the charm of a land rich in history and tradition.
