The Riesling Brandluft Rieffel comes from the marl-limestone terroir of Mittelbergheim, where the vines benefit from ideal exposure and microclimate for the production of great whites. Clear and territorial, the nose offers notes of lemon, green apple and white flowers, while the palate is fresh, taut and mineral. It goes well with raw fish and crunchy vegetables, ideal with white fish tartare and fennel salad
