Josef Ehmoser's Riesling 'Grossweikersdorf' comes from selected vineyards around Grossweikersdorf, a terroir suited to the Wagram subzone. Fermentation in steel and ageing on the lees enhance its aromatic intensity and the typical freshness of the grape variety. The nose releases aromas of white peach and lemon, with delicate hints of flint. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with a distinct savouriness. Ideal with fish dishes and light cuisine such as steamed prawns and Asian sauces
