be destemmed; after which the grapes are pressed and the obtained must ferments in stainless steel containers for about twenty days. The process then continues with aging, during which the wine remains first for 12 months on the fine lees in French oak tonneaux and then, after bottling, for another 6 months directly in glass.

The white wine Riesling branded Tenuta San Leonardo presents itself with a color reminiscent of straw yellow, light and not too concentrated to the eye. The olfactory spectrum starts from citrus and mineral notes before shifting towards sensations of tropical fruit and hints reminiscent of flint. On the palate, it has excellent structure, with a dynamic sip, characterized by a fresh and savory imprint, which ends with a finish of excellent persistence. An excellent label that reveals its alpine charm, perfect to gift to friends passionate about wines from northern Italy.
