Palladino's Roero Arneis is an elegant and straightforward Piedmontese wine, born on the marly and sandy soils typical of the Roero region. A fragrant, classic-style white wine, it is vinified exclusively in steel to accentuate its varietal character. The nose reveals white flowers and tropical fruit, while the palate is full and persistent, with a soft finish and good sapidity. Excellent with fish appetisers or traditional Piedmontese dishes such as veal with tuna sauce
Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections
White flowers like hawthorn blossom with peach and subtle hints of pineapple
Soft and balanced, with a long-lasting fragrance and subtle savouriness on the finish
