Roero Arneis Samuele Bosco 2024

Samuele Bosco's Roero Arneis is a fresh and balanced white wine that expresses the character of Roero with simplicity and authenticity. Part of the grapes are pressed immediately, while the rest are only destemmed. In this way, alcoholic fermentation takes place in contact with the skins and seeds to extract greater complexity and structure. The nose opens with notes of fresh white fruit accompanied by hints of hay and delicate hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is taut and fresh, with good roundness and a savoury finish. Excellent paired with seafood risotto
