Federici's Roma Malvasia is produced from an aromatic grape variety that is very common in Lazio, a true white wine that is characteristic of the area. It is vinified at a controlled temperature and then spends six months sur lie to round out the palate. The nose releases aromas of broom, white fruit and typical herbaceous notes. On the palate, it is fresh, savoury and harmonious, with an agile drinkability and persistent fragrance. Excellent with baked sea bream or seafood appetisers
