La Poiesa's Castlàss is a fresh, ready-to-drink wine, a rosé typical of the hills of Piacenza, made from Barbera and Croatina grapes. It plays beautifully with the balance between tension and softness. Gentle pressing and natural secondary fermentation in the bottle preserve its original energy. The nose is vinous and lively, with fruity and herbaceous notes. On the palate, it is very fresh and dynamic, pairing perfectly with fatty foods such as fresh cheese or fried fish
Delicate cherry pink
Strawberries, wildflowers and a light wine note with a hint of iodine
Lively, direct and dry, firm but smooth on the palate
