San Donatino's 'Irrequieto' Sparkling Rosé is a fresh and immediate expression of the territory, made from red grapes by this winery in Castellina in Chianti. The vinification aims to produce a low-alcohol wine, refermented in the bottle with frozen must reintroduced into the bottle only in the following spring. The nose reveals citrus, floral and salty notes that introduce a savoury, lively and very smooth palate. Ideal with Tuscan cold cuts and vegetarian dishes such as schiacciata with grilled vegetables
