Cantina Antonioli's Rosato 'Il Male Minore' is a fresh and dynamic wine made from Sangiovese and Trebbiano Toscano grapes. The former undergoes a brief maceration on the skins for about a day to extract aromas and colour, then ferments together with the Trebbiano. The nose is immediate with hints of fresh berries and a slight herbaceous note on the finish. The palate is smooth, round and full, supported by a distinct freshness that balances the drinkability and very delicate tannins. Excellent as an aperitif, but also with more structured dishes such as pappardelle with white rabbit ragù, Taggiasca olives and thyme
Delicate coral pink
Fruity, with fragrant hints of wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry, light notes of fresh grass on the finish
Soft and fresh, with barely noticeable tannins
