The 'Juiell' from the Camerlengo winery is a bold and vigorous Aglianico rosé, made from grapes grown at the foot of Mount Vulture, in the Potenza area. It is more delicate on the nose than a traditional red made from the same grape variety, due to less contact time with the skins. The bouquet is very fragrant with hints of small red fruits, notes of rose petals and a slightly spicy finish. On the palate, it is full-bodied and intense, with a marked freshness and subtle tannins. Excellent with lamb, but also with a structured fish dish, such as stewed salt cod with cherry tomatoes and olives
Deep coral pink
Fresh hints of strawberry and raspberry, notes of rose petals with hints of black pepper on the finish
Structured and full-bodied, with light tannins and a lingering freshness
