Corti Cugini's '30 Febbraio' is a wine that plays with the impossible right from its name, as the red grapes are harvested and vinified at a great distance from each other. The winery uses only cement and exhausted barrels to bring out the fruity character of the grapes to the fullest. The nose is deep, with blackberry, plum and sweet spices. The palate is warm, soft and enveloping, with smooth tannins and a balanced finish. Excellent with game or braised beef
