Avignonesi's Red 'Da-Di' is the result of an experiment that aims to return to the origins of Tuscan wine: vinification takes place exclusively in Tuscan clay amphorae, as in ancient times. The name, inspired by the Chinese term meaning 'earth', evokes the value of the 'terroir' and the terracotta used to produce this container. The nose reveals sweet spices and red fruits intertwined with pleasant balsamic notes. On the palate, silky tannins and a harmonious body, combining freshness and softness. Perfect with game birds such as pigeon
Bright ruby red with violet reflections
Floral start with violet, followed by red fruits such as raspberry and currant, balsamic finish with cinnamon
Silky and enveloping tannins, graceful, balanced and fresh
