Tenuta Buon Tempo's Rosso di Montalcino comes from vineyards in Castelnuovo dell'Abate, facing south-east on galestro and sandstone soils. It is an artisan wine, aged in concrete to preserve the freshness and juiciness of Sangiovese. Intense on the nose, it offers aromas of wild cherry, raspberry and a touch of pink pepper on the finish. On the palate, it is dry and lively, with vibrant tannins and invigorating freshness. It pairs well with first courses such as pici pasta with wild boar ragù
Deep ruby red with lively reflections
Attack of red fruits with cherry and raspberry, finish with pepper
Tannic and very fresh, with good juice
