Rosso 'Il Male Minore' Cantina Antonioli 2021

Cantina Antonioli's Rosso 'Il Male Minore' is a clean, smooth wine, designed for everyday drinking. The Merlot and Ciliegiolo vines are sixty years old and were rescued by Antonioli because they were at risk of being uprooted. The nose opens with hints of crisp red fruit, a hint of balsamic and a spicy finish. The palate is lively and smooth, with well-integrated freshness. Very versatile in pairing, it is excellent served chilled as an aperitif with semi-mature cheeses and cold cuts, or with roast chicken and potatoes

Fruity with hints of cherry, raspberry and currant, balsamic notes and a spicy black pepper finish

When to open
To enjoy an artisanal wine at its best, we recommend you to let it 'breathe' at least 15-30 minutes before serving
When to drink
Wine good to drink now, but that can have a beautiful evolution after resting for a while in your cellar
Glass
Medium open goblet
Perfect for young and medium bodied red wines which don't require excessive oxygenation to open. The opening, slightly tighter than the body of the glass, favors the concentration of aromas towards the nose, enhancing the perception of aromas and limiting the dispersion
Longevity
You can leave it to rest in the cellar for 3-4 years
