'Medusaviola' Travandasca

Travandasca's 'Medusaviola' is an unconventional red wine, created as a free blend within a 'vin de négoce' project: the red grapes, supplied by various friends of the producers, come from various areas close to the winery. The nose reveals dark fruit and slight hints of fresh spices, while the palate is energetic, dry and decisive, with moderate structure. This is an experiment, an unconventional wine, to be paired with roast lamb or aubergine parmigiana

Wine good to drink now, but that can have a beautiful evolution after resting for a while in your cellar
Glass
Medium open goblet
Perfect for young and medium bodied red wines which don't require excessive oxygenation to open. The opening, slightly tighter than the body of the glass, favors the concentration of aromas towards the nose, enhancing the perception of aromas and limiting the dispersion
