Travandasca's 'Medusaviola' is an unconventional red wine, created as a free blend within a 'vin de négoce' project: the red grapes, supplied by various friends of the producers, come from various areas close to the winery. The nose reveals dark fruit and slight hints of fresh spices, while the palate is energetic, dry and decisive, with moderate structure. This is an experiment, an unconventional wine, to be paired with roast lamb or aubergine parmigiana
Deep purple red
Dark notes of plum, blueberry and blackberry, with a rosemary finish
Dynamic and fresh, well-structured, smooth and taut
