Santa Barbara's Rosso Piceno 'Stè' comes from the union of Sangiovese and Montepulciano, noble grape varieties from central Italy and the Marche region. Vinification in stainless steel preserves the freshness of the fruit, so that the sip remains immediate and genuine. The nose releases hints of ripe cherries and black pepper, with delicate nuances of dried violets. On the palate it is dry, with tannins present but integrated, the taste is fresh and flowing. Ideal with tagliatelle with wild boar sauce
Brilliant ruby red
Crisp profile with cherry and violet. then peppery finish with blood orange
Clean, lively, grainy tannins and pleasantly balanced, fresh
