Domaine Boissonnet's Saint Joseph Blanc 'Cuvée Emisphere' is a rarity within an appellation dominated by red wines made from Syrah. However, a small production is dedicated to this blend, in which Marsanne adds depth and richness, while Roussanne brings freshness and fruity aromas. The nose opens with hints of white fruit enriched by delicate notes of honey, toasted almonds and buttery hints derived from malolactic fermentation. The palate is rich and intense, with good structure and a freshness that accompanies and lengthens the finish. It pairs perfectly with semi-mature cheeses and fish-based starters
