Saint Joseph Blanc 'La Clef de Sol' Domaine Jolivet 2023

Domaine Jolivet's Saint-Joseph Blanc 'Clef de Sol' is a classic North Rhône blend, with Marsanne Roussanne 'co-planted' on the same plot. Produced with great attention to the agronomic side, the grapes are harvested early and the wine is aged in only a small percentage of new wood to avoid a heavy barrique effect. The nose is distinctly floral on the attack, with slight hints of vanilla and a pleasant, typical, toasty finish with reminiscences of almond.
