Saint Romain Blanc Nicolas Potel 2022

Nicolas Potel's Saint-Romain Blanc is a highly elegant white wine produced in a village renowned for the finesse of its Chardonnays. It is aged traditionally in small barrels that have been used many times and are therefore practically neutral. It is mature and harmonious, with a complex bouquet of acacia flowers, peach and toasted hazelnut. The palate is velvety, savoury and persistent, with a pleasant harmony between freshness and softness. Ideal with white meats and blue cheeses, try it with roast chicken with herbs

When to open
To enjoy an artisanal wine at its best, we recommend you to let it 'breathe' at least 15-30 minutes before serving
When to drink
Wine good to drink now, but that can have a beautiful evolution after resting for a while in your cellar
Glass
Medium open goblet
Perfect for young and medium bodied white wines which don't require excessive oxygenation to open. The opening, slightly tighter than the body of the glass, favors the concentration of aromas towards the nose, enhancing the perception of aromas and limiting the dispersion
Longevity
You can even store it in the cellar for over 7 years
