Salina Bianco 'Francangelo' from the Pinnata winery is made from Malvasia delle Lipari grapes grown on the island of Vulcano, which grow on sun-kissed volcanic soils surrounded by the sea. The unique location of the vineyards is reflected in the characteristics of the wine, which opens on the nose with notes of tropical fruit, orange blossom and hints of citrus zest accompanied by light notes of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is savoury and salty, soft and enveloping, with a long and harmonious finish. Excellent paired with grilled aubergines or seared tuna fillet with olive oil
