The San Leonardo comes to life from a selected blend of wines from different grapes income, vinified and aged separately, as the best Bordeaux. The typical Bordeaux blend: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, is completed in the San Leonardo by the presence of Carmenere grapes. Just before bottling, after careful tasting all the individual barrels, the proportions will be decided to give life to the "cut". The San Leonardo expresses all the authority of his coat of arms, one of the most important red wines of Trentino Alto Adige, complex and balsamic, finesse and power are combined together giving great elegance. The periodic vertical tastings of San Leonardo highlight how different vintages can have a good evolution with an aging potential of at least ten years, able to still excite aftrer 20 years.
