Fattoria Camiliano's Sangiovese is an intense and complex wine. After fermentation, it undergoes a long ageing process in large barrels to soften the tannins and give balance and depth to the palate. It remains fresh and smooth on the palate, full-bodied and textured with a long finish. The nose is characterised by ripe black berries and toasted notes derived from ageing in wood. Excellent paired with pappardelle with wild boar sauce or a hare stew
Ruby red with garnet reflections
Notes of mulberry and blackberry, dried violet petals, hints of sweet tobacco and cloves on the finish
Full-bodied and intense, juicy and fresh with a strong tannic texture
